If you are looking for a delightful self catering holiday cottage in Southwold then Pinkney’s will be perfect for you. Pinkney’s is an English Tourism Council 4 Star self-catering accommodation which is just a stones throw from the famous Southwold beach.

Holiday Accommodation Details:

Guests will enter the cottage via the side of the house into a large double sitting room with two woodburning stoves and SKY TV. The cute kitchen features 4x ring electric hob, two ovens (one with grill), small dishwasher and a fridge with ice compartment for those hot and sunny afternoons. The kitchen then leads to a small bathroom with a sloping roof over the bath with hand shower mixer, basin and two small windows. There is a separate lavatory with basin. The dining room is very sunny and comprimises of a table, chairs, and a cupboard (containing the combi-boiler and a washing machine). A side window and French windows open onto a small walled patio GARDEN containing table and chairs, BBQ, pots of plants, a climbing grapevine, hop, roses and honeysuckle. Upstairs guests will find a front-facing double bedroom with metal double bed, wood-burning stove, chest of drawers and hanging cupboard. There is a back bedroom with a single bed, wood-burning stove, a cupboard and a window facing the sea. From this bedroom you go through a door and up a set of stairs to a low-ceiling top attic bedroom which is under the sloping eaves of the roof. Here you will find a low double bed and chest of drawers, a small side window and a velux window looking out to sea.

Pinkney’s Southwold Holiday Cottage is next to Fishermans Holiday Cottage which is owned by the same friendly people. The two individual courtyards belonging to each of the cottages can be linked via a communal gate if both cottages were to be rented out for large gatherings or extended family holidays (both cottages together sleep 11 people comfortably).
