Avondale is a Victorian terrace house built in 1894 situated on the beautiful Southwold sea front; Avondale Guesthouse is within easy walking distance of Southwold town, pier and harbour. Avondale guest house is also the oldest established guest house in Southwold and boasts lovely views of the sea, beach and Southwold pier. There are seven available bedrooms for guests, four of which have sea views with two back bedrooms and a ground floor bedroom as well.

• We do not have any single rooms, but rooms 3 & 4 are available as single occupancy for £50 per night if available.
• Please note: Minimum of 2 nights stay at a weekend.
